for this release kurbits once again turns to the romanian artist faster aka laurentiu suciu. since fasters last release on kurbits in 2011, the romanian has established his position on the scene with gigs all over the world and quality releases on labels such as vinyl club and rora. on this release we see faster continiung and developing the deep and hypnotic sounds of previous releases. orchestra modificata is something as rare as a subtle big track. the pads sure speak the language of big room business, but in combination with the exquisite percussion work, the track takes us to exciting unexplored dimensions. on the flip we have daca vrei. its radiant mood and the laid back breakbeats, make it the perfect ingridient for those early morning sessions when a little pinch of sunshine is all you need to take the crowd to party heaven. we sincerely hope you ll have as much pleasure with these tracks as we a have. we ll be back soon with new and exciting rhythms.

one listen to the crystal clear rapture in the sound of bodhi(cardiff 24 year olds olly howells and luke welsby) shows a heavily funk-influenced take on dance music, akin to many of the uks current crop of genre owning electronic artists (see disclosure, blawan, bondax). the response to their enchanting, dancefloor-ready vibe is already demanding considerable attention, with a bondax tour support under way and the likes of xlr8r already tipping these boys for big things.

a very unique style... whim-ee, aka sara garcia is a french dj/producer. originally from recife, brazil she relocated to paris as a child where she began her journey into music via classical piano school for nine years. whim-ee later began experimenting with electronic music, injecting her own unique fusion of house, techno, jazz, funk, and soul.

the manic brothers ep begins with praying mantis , a deep techno offering using a swelling bass line that rumbles under the track whilst the distinctive synth phrase shifts the groove of the track. life after life is a more euphoric and delicate take on techno and uses subtle percussion and melodies to create an ethereal felt track.

glenn strikes back with volume two of his classiques series featuring 4 chicago style disco edits. seriously deep and funky. and classy! dont sleep on these. gonna be big.
